Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Reablement team at Wiltshire. (Hybrid – 50% face-to-face)
Become a pivotal member of our client’s Reablement Team in Wiltshire as an experienced Occupational Therapist, where your work will make a direct and lasting impact on individuals’ lives after hospital discharge. Our mission is to help people regain confidence and independence, reducing long-term care needs through tailored support.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Conduct strengths-based assessments and design personalised reablement plans
• Provide expert advice on equipment and decision-making
• Support and train team members
• Deliver compassionate, bespoke care across a diverse caseload
• Work collaboratively with the Principal Occupational Therapist and wider team
• Participate in career development opportunities, including leadership and coaching programmes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
• Full UK driving licence (essential for home and hospital visits)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Commitment to hybrid working – 50% face-to-face

This is a hybrid role, offering autonomy and flexibility while ensuring meaningful face-to-face engagement with service users.
