💼 Department: Inpatient Rehabilitation Services
Make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As an Inpatient Occupational Therapist, you’ll be a key contributor to a multidisciplinary team, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. From evaluation to discharge planning, your expertise will support recovery and enhance the hospital experience.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs.
Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program
Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana
Current CPR certification
Previous clinical experience preferred
