VNA Care is seeking a Per Visit Home Health OT for our Team based in Leominster..
Schedule for Occupational Therapist: Work any hours,hours, Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Daily rate based on 6 visits: $456. Rate varies based on number and type of visits.
Requirements for Occupational Therapist:
• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Home Care experience preferred.
Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining, or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Experience Preferred
