Children thrive when the right support meets the right moment. At Heartspring, we’re building an interdisciplinary, highly collaborative pediatric therapy environment designed to help children reach their greatest potential — and we want you to be part of it!
We are seeking a compassionate, innovative, and collaborative Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing outpatient therapy clinic serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, neurodevelopmental disabilities, and other pediatric conditions.
Under new leadership and advancing bold strategic goals, this is an exciting time to join Heartspring. We’re investing in innovation, expanding our therapy services, and creating a supportive clinical culture where expertise, creativity, and purpose come together.
The Pediatric Occupational Therapist provides evidence-based occupational therapy services to children in an outpatient clinical setting. The OT evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-regulation, activities of daily living (ADLs), visual motor skills, feeding skills, and overall functional independence.
This role partners closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to support developmental progress and improve quality of life for children with diverse pediatric therapy needs.
