Compensation & Benefits

Salary starting Day ONE – dependable, consistent income
$65,000 – $75,000 annual salary

What You’ll Do

• Provide engaging, play-based occupational therapy primarily for children
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, ADLs, executive functioning, and developmental skills
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate families on strategies for home carryover
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team
• (Optional) Treat occasional adult clients if interested

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) Occupational Therapist in Florida
• Passion for working with pediatric populations
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset

Your Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Provide skilled therapy services within your scope of practice
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support patients through direct interventions and home education programs
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional care

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (AOTA)
• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida
• Strong time management and organizational skills
