Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Completion of the American Occupational Therapy Association training program
California Occupational Therapist License upon hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
Completion of environmental orientation within 30 days of hire
Experience in acute care, outpatient, skilled nursing, or sub-acute care settings
Willingness to travel as needed
