What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and improve quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
Provide skilled therapy interventions focused on activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
