Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Clinic | Full-time | Bluefield, VA

Join our growing therapy team in Bluefield, VA, where you’ll have the opportunity to work primarily with pediatric patients in an outpatient setting while also supporting school-based services and treating select adult patients.

Whether you're experienced in pediatrics or looking to grow your pediatric skillset, you’ll be supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Your Role:
As an Occupational Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will:

• Evaluate and treat primarily pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
• Provide school-based supervision and collaboration as needed
• Treat a smaller caseload of adult outpatient patients
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence, sensory processing, fine motor skills, ADLs, and participation in daily activities
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and progress strategies
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EMR systems

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current or eligible Virginia OT license
• Passion for working with both pediatric and adult populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outpatient experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
