Collaborative therapy environment across two Roseburg locations
Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment programs for residents
Design effective treatment plans and establish measurable goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and adaptive techniques
Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time
Utilize clinical judgment and problem-solving skills to maximize resident progress
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Oregon licensure
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
