What You'll Do

  • Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment programs for residents

  • Design effective treatment plans and establish measurable goals

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and adaptive techniques

  • Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time

  • Utilize clinical judgment and problem-solving skills to maximize resident progress

  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications

  • Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Oregon licensure

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
