
Adelphi is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school occupational therapy services in a school setting in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will assist/provide occupational therapy evaluations, consultation, and direct services to students in accordance with school district requirements while supporting student health, safety, and continuity of care. Responsibilities: • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and eligibility assessments using District-approved instruments. • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for eligible students. • Provide direct and consultative OT services in accordance with ARD committee recommendations. • Attend and participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committee meetings. • Consult with multi-disciplinary teams, teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student OT needs. • Recommend and assist in selection of adaptive equipment and devices to promote student independence. • Evaluate student progress and determine readiness for termination of OT services. • Complete and submit all reports, records, and required documentation in a timely manner per District standards. • Comply with District dress code, administrative guidelines, and compliance policies. • Any other duties as assigned.
