Occupational Therapist (OT)
Jacksonville, Florida (Southeast / Palm Coast Territory)

We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist in Jacksonville, Florida (Southeast / Palm Coast territory) who wants schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and true autonomy in home health. You’ll step into a clinical home health role focused on 1:1 patient care, evaluations, SOCs, reassessments, and functional treatment planning. You’ll manage your own schedule and territory with full leadership support but no micromanagement.

Compensation & Benefits
• $55–$58 per unit (FT)
• $60–$65 per unit (PRN)
• Out-of-area bonus +$35 per visit
