Job Description

RediMed is inviting expressions of interest for full time or part time practitioners of hand therapy at one or more of our Perth locations. Applications are welcome from both Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, including those graduating mid-year.

This is an exciting opportunity for:

  • A graduate therapist looking to start their hand therapy career in a supportive team with hands-on mentoring, and access to ongoing professional development
  • An experienced or senior therapist looking to progress their clinical and leadership journey

The Criteria

Suitable candidates must address the following criteria in a covering letter;

1. Tertiary qualification within Occupational Therapy or equivalent and full AHPRA registration

2. Experience in assessment, planning and intervention in hand and upper limb, including
diagnosis, orthoses fabrication, treatment and discharge planning

3. Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a multidisciplinary team

4. Demonstrated commitment to clinical development and quality improvement

5. Desirable, if you are experienced, to have demonstrated experience in leadership, supervision or mentoring within a clinical setting, or a desire and readiness to step into a leadership role

5. Hold a Police Clearance certificate, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement of employment
