Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) - Outpatient Ortho

Location 1611 Main St, El Centro, CA 92243

Compensation Package: $85,000 - $115,000+

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuro conditions
  • Develop individualized care plans and goals
  • Collaborate with PTs and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Serve as a clinical leader for OT services in the clinic
  • Build strong patient relationships and support community engagement
  • Document thoroughly using our advanced EMR platform
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active California OT license (or eligibility)
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
  • Passion for building a thriving OT service line
