Job Description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neuro rehabilitation centre in Sawbridgeworth. This role offers flexibility to join on a permanent basis or via a locum contract.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions to adults with complex neurological conditions.
  • Complete functional assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff.
  • Support patients in regaining independence through goal-focused therapy.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience in neuro rehabilitation or complex physical health settings.
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
