Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Neuro Rehabilitation
Location: Bexley
Provider: Private Provider
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £57,564 – £63,043 per annum (DOE)

Liquid Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Lead Occupational Therapist on behalf of its client’s specialist neuro-rehabilitation service in Bexley.
As Lead OT, you will provide both clinical and professional leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex neurological conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on clinical practice within a respected private service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy service within the centre.
  • Undertake complex OT assessments for patients with neurological and rehabilitation needs.
  • Design, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior OT staff and students.
  • Drive service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively within a skilled multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional and organisational standards.

Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally within neuro-rehabilitation or complex care.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills.
