Occupational Therapist — Moorabbin, VIC | Community-Based Adult Caseload

About the clinic
Our client is an award-winning, multidisciplinary allied health clinic based in Moorabbin, recognised for staff development, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical excellence. Alongside physiotherapy, they run established exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, dietetics, and OT streams, and support clients across NDIS, DVA, WorkCover/TAC, private, and Medicare pathways. It's a close-knit, well-regarded team with a strong reputation in the local community.

About the role

• Full-time position
• Mostly adult clients, with occasional paediatric overflow support when needed
• Mixed caseload across NDIS, aged care, TAC, WorkCover, private, and Medicare
• Work includes home modifications, functional capacity assessments, and assistive technology
• Community-based role, with an office at the Moorabbin clinic for team connection, report writing, and admin
• Regular team catch ups
• Travel radius generally within 30 minutes of the Moorabbin clinic, with most clients closer than that
• Travel allowance provided

About you

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• Comfortable working autonomously in a community-based role
• Confident with home mods, FCAs, and assistive technology
• Warm, adaptable, and a strong communicator with clients and families
