Job Description

Work Schedule:

80% FTE, 32 hours/week. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00pm. Hours could vary based on operational needs of the department. You will work onsite at Eastpark Medical Center at 4621 Eastpark Blvd., Madison, WI..

Pay:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist – Lymphedema and Oncology (OT) experience to:

  • Enjoys a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach to providing care.
  • Is invested in the evaluation and treatment of patients with oncology and lymphedema conditions in an ambulatory setting.
  • Is motivated by continued professional growth and is stimulated by a culture of clinical learning and teaching in a large academic system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required

Work Experience

  • 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
