Job Description

Occupational Therapy is about more than assessments and equipment — it's about helping people live life on their own terms. At GenPhysio, that's exactly what our OT team gets to do every day in the community, across NDIS, Support at Home and private care.

If you're an experienced Occupational Therapist ready for genuine autonomy, our South Brisbane team offers a diverse caseload across NDIS, Aged Care and private clients of all ages and stages. Backed by our in-house OT Supervision team and a connected MDT, you'll have the systems and support to focus purely on clinical work — not admin.

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 base (neg based on exp) + super + bonuses

Location: Mobile community caseload built around your home suburb — opportunities available across the South Brisbane region.

Perks & Benefits

  • A mobile community role means real flexibility — full-time, part-time, or a 9-day fortnight, whatever fits your life.
  • Report writing days from home.
  • Monthly bonus opportunities.
  • $9,600 annual car allowance or the option of a fully serviced company car (no cost to our clinicians!)
  • Company laptop, phone and full PPE —and fully funded OT kit setup specific to your client needs.
  • Relocation allowance — are you looking to start your career in Queensland? We offer relocation allowances to support you in getting settled!

Growth

  • $2,000 PD allowance + 3 days paid study leave
  • Weekly or Fortnightly 1:1 clinical mentoring with our in-house experienced Supervision team depending on your needs.
  • Fortnightly group PD with the entire GenPhysio OT team.
  • From senior clinician roles to supervision and leadership pathways, there's genuine room to grow your career at GenPhysio.

Support you can count on from the beginning

  • Supportive, connected culture guided by our company values: Respect, Accountability, Performance and Team
  • Guided 2-week onboarding with shadowing across the team before you're on your own.
  • Fortnightly team MDT meeting — enjoy coffee on us each month with fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios and EPs.
  • Direct access to Leaders and Supervisors from your very first conversation
  • Dedicated Client Services team handling bookings and admin, so you can focus on clients

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications with current (or eligible) AHPRA registration
  • Clinical experience preferrably within an NDIS or aged care caseload.
  • Passion for evidence-based, person-centred care across the lifespan
  • Driver's licence, PI Insurance ($10m minimum), and relevant checks/screenings (or willing to obtain)

You'll speak directly with the Leaders and Supervisors who'll support your career, right from your very first conversation.
