HireNow Staffing is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a full-time opportunity with a healthcare client in Atlantis, Florida. This role focuses on helping patients improve functional abilities, participate in daily activities, and work toward greater independence.

Experienced occupational therapists are encouraged to apply. New graduates may also be considered. This is a direct placement opportunity with the hiring employer.

Location & Candidate Eligibility

HireNow Staffing primarily recruits candidates who currently reside in the United States and live in the advertised location or surrounding commuting area, unless otherwise stated. U.S.-based candidates relocating to Atlantis may be considered, with relocation assistance evaluated case by case. Applicants residing outside the United States should not apply.

HireNow Package

• Compensation: $32.62–$46.50; pay frequency to be confirmed.
• Schedule: Full-time days with rotating weekends.
• Sign-On Bonus: Considered case by case.
• Relocation Assistance: Considered case by case.
• Available Position: One.

Anticipated Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and limitations affecting daily living.
• Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide interventions supporting self-care, mobility, coordination, and participation in meaningful activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and strategies to support independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on treatment goals and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate assessments, treatment records, and progress documentation.
• Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-prevention procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Registered Occupational Therapist credential.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work full-time days with rotating weekends.
• The employer lists one year of experience while also allowing consideration of new graduates.
