Kern is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Mandurah team, supporting children, young people and adults across the lifespan.

We are predominantly an NDIS provider and are continuing to grow our private services. This offers greater clinical variety and the opportunity to work across both service models.

The position is available full-time or part-time, with flexibility around how your working week is structured.

The role

You will provide high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy across our Mandurah clinic and community settings, including homes, schools and other everyday environments.

Working with participants, private clients, families and support networks, you will:

  • Undertake assessments and deliver individualised interventions
  • Support people to build capacity, independence and participation
  • Develop practical recommendations that reflect each person’s goals and circumstances
  • Collaborate with families, support networks and other clinicians
  • Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation
  • Contribute to shared learning and the continued development of kern’s services

About you

We are looking for an OT who:

  • Ideally, you will have clinical experience

You will also need:

  • A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A current driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle
  • Ideally is able to demonstrated understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.
