Summary:
- Provide occupational therapy services to our guests in an outpatient setting with strong emphasis on hand and upper extremity diagnoses.
- Provide initial evaluations, develop plan of care, provide ongoing treatment, revise treatment plan as needed, and discharge patient from skilled service.
- Provide supervision to COTAs and students.
- Fabricate custom orthotics and provide adaptive equipment to patients.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

QualificationsEducation:
Must be a graduate from an accredited school of occupational therapy and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.

Experience:
New graduate considered; experienced outpatient therapist preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Experience with web-based documentation systems a plus.
