Occupational Therapist – Mixed Caseload | Sponsorship Available | Regional Victoria

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for an opportunity to truly make a role your own? We are seeking a passionate and motivated OT to join a well-established multidisciplinary clinic in regional Victoria, approximately 90 minutes from Melbourne.

This is a unique opportunity to become the first Occupational Therapist within the organisation. You will play an integral role in shaping and growing the OT team while working alongside an experienced and supportive team of allied health professionals. The role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, values collaboration, and is excited by the prospect of helping build a thriving OT service for the future.

About the Role

• Mixed caseload across both paediatrics and adults
• Work within a multidisciplinary team alongside experienced clinicians
• Opportunity to help develop and shape the Occupational Therapy team
• Flexible working arrangements with the option of four longer days or a traditional five-day week
• Employer-sponsored 482 visa available, with a pathway to permanent residency (Subclass 186)
• Attractive salary package negotiated according to experience
• Professional indemnity insurance paid by the employer
• $1,500 annual professional development allowance

About You

• Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration (general)
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other allied health professionals
• Enjoy working with both children and adults across a varied caseload
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care
• Keen to contribute to the future growth and development of Occupational Therapy services
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a occupational therapist
