Occupational Therapist — Behavioural Support

At Chrome Health, we work with children and adolescents in community, home and supported accommodation settings — and we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to be part of that.

The Role

You’ll work across a range of community and home-based settings, bringing both clinical skill and genuine human connection to every client interaction. Day-to-day, that looks like:

▸ Conducting functional capacity assessments and building tailored intervention plans

▸ Supporting skill development in daily living, community participation and emotional regulation

▸ Providing practical strategies around routines, transitions and sensory regulation

▸ Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and care staff to deliver joined-up support

▸ Working flexibly across home, community and supported accommodation environments

You’re a Great Fit If You…

▸ Hold current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

▸ Have experience supporting children or adolescents, especially in community or disability contexts

▸ Are confident assessing, writing reports, and communicating clearly with support teams

▸ Thrive with autonomy and manage your own time well

▸ Bring a strengths-based, non-pathologising lens to your practice
