We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.
You’ll be part of a large multidisciplinary team that includes passionate Occupational Therapists (with onsite senior support), all dedicated to making a real impact. Our Mulgrave team is a happy and consistent team with minimal staff turnover. They're very social and active, playing table tennis comps etc. at lunch, social evenings like paint & sip and are very welcoming to new team members. It's a multicultural team with a mix of personalities which makes it work!
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
