Occupational Therapist | Generalist Role | West Gladstone, QLD

We’re working with a well-established allied health provider across regional Queensland that has built its model around balance — giving OTs a genuinely varied caseload, while still keeping workloads realistic and well supported.

The role

• Generalist position across adults and paediatrics
• Combination of clinic-based work and community visits
• Diverse caseload including NDIS, functional assessments, rehab and ongoing therapy
• Flexibility to lean into areas you enjoy as you settle into the role
