ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a passionate, driven occupational therapist to deliver therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. In this position, you will provide and direct occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders. We welcome seasoned, experienced OTs to apply for this position, as well as new grads. This position requires an accredited occupational therapy degree and state licensure. Completion of the National Certification for OT is preferred.

The facility features 72 beds serving both long-term and skilled residents. They partner with the American College of Physicians (ACP). Infinity Rehab assists healthcare providers with the oversight and execution of their in-house therapy services.
