Job Description

Join a Crew that Celebrates Wins Together and has Each Other’s Backs

We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.

While we currently operate under a remote model, we have exciting plans to open a local office as our team continues to grow. In the meantime, you’ll need to feel confident and comfortable working independently from home, with plenty of virtual support and connection along the way.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks and even at the beach!
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

What makes us Better?

For starters, we're clinician-led at every level, all the way to the top, so we know what it’s like being in the trenches of care. We’ve built the kind of workplace we always wished existed. • Study Leave: Up to 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: The works- laptop, phone + all of our sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to grab and go.

Freedom to Work Your Way

We've created an environment where you can personalise your work style and schedule. Want to split your time between online, in-clinic and community work? We’re here to prioritise whatever makes you the best clinician you can be with:

  • Better Flex Policy: Flexible hours and the opportunity to flex off when you’ve completed your client work!
