We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey

We are looking for someone to be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Ballarat region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the local community and likes the autonomy and flexibility to work from home.

Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• The role is ideal for OTs with 3+ years of post-grad experience
