What you will do:
Work closely with patients and patient family members by evaluating and providing diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Collaborate with other departments and professionals regarding patient treatment/activity progress.
Service as a member of the treatment team involved in the discharge planning with follow up care.
Maintain patient records including initial evaluations/assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

What you will need:
Graduate from an accredited program of Occupational Therapy
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of WI
CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
