Job Description

Pediatric Partners, part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. What You’ll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you will support children and individuals across the lifespan with medically complex, developmental, sensory, and behavioral needs—helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in clinic and school-based settings
• Maintain a 26-billable-hour weekly productivity target
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families and school teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations and progress notes
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and an interdisciplinary team
• Supervise COTAs with a monthly supervision stipend provided per COTA
What You Bring
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
• Passion for pediatric and lifespan populations
• Ability to collaborate across clinic and school environments
