We are looking for a talented Occupational Therapistfor the school year.
Open Positions:
1 Occupational Therapist (Birth - 5)
- August 22, 2025-June 12, 2026
- 190-day contract
3 Occupational Therapists (K - 12)
- August 22, 2025-June 12, 2026
- 190-day contract
Hourly Rate Range $51.00-$58.00
Responsibilities would include:
- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ functional and developmental levels.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom.
- Document student progress, therapy sessions, and maintain compliance with state and federal documentation requirements.
- Support students in developing fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills.
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and parent conferences.
- Provide training and resources to school staff to support students’ access to curriculum and participation in school routines.
- Ensure compliance with IDEA, Oregon Department of Education (ODE) regulations, and school district policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License through the Oregon Occupational Therapy Licensing Board (OTLB)
- Current or eligible for National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- School-based experience preferred but not required.
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
