Looking for a role with clinical variety and strong team support?

Intrinsic Health Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary allied health team in Bundaberg.

This role primarily supports Support at Home clients, with opportunities to work across aged care, disability and private services depending on clinical interests and referral pathways.

You will work alongside clinicians from multiple disciplines, delivering holistic services to clients across the community.

About the Role

You will support a predominantly Support at Home caseload, helping older adults maintain independence and safety in their homes and communities.

Services are delivered across home, community and clinic environments, with opportunities to develop additional areas of clinical interest as the caseload evolves.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions in home and community settings
  • Support Support at Home clients with functional independence and safety at home
  • Provide equipment prescription, home modification recommendations and functional assessments
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary allied health team
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

About You

  • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with community or aged care clients preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Current driver’s licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • COVID and flu vaccination evidence
  • Working rights in Australia (sponsorship available)
