As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients in Sauk Centre! Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication skills are essential as you collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, coordinated care.
SCHEDULE:
• Full time | 64 hours every 2 weeks
• Monday - Friday | 4 - 8 hour shifts a week
PAY & BENEFITS:
• Starting pay begins at $36.99 per hour and increases with experience
• Salary range: $33.15-$49.73 per hour
• $5,000 Hiring Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible candidates

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master's Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy and successful completion of clinical training
• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified

Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
