Job Description

Occupational Therapist – Perth, Western Australia

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to take the next step in your career? If you're passionate about clinical practice and making a meaningful impact in the community, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Perth. This role offers the opportunity to work with a mixed caseload, with an emphasis on aged care, and provide high-quality therapy services to make a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll be responsible for providing expert clinical care to clients with a varied caseload, but mostly aged care clients. You will work in a supportive and dynamic environment, ensuring best practice and clinical excellence. We have part-time opportunities available, with flexibility and autonomy over your schedule.

The position is based in Perth, and you will primarily work within the metro area. However, there are outreach opportunities to rural communities, allowing you to expand your impact and experience different environments. We are looking for someone who brings clinical expertise (especially within the aged care space), positivity, and a passion for supporting both clients and colleagues.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary starting from $85,000 to $105,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Up to 5 days of paid professional development leave per year
  • $2,000 per annum towards professional development
  • Referral bonuses for recommending great clinicians
  • Incentive payment for achieving targets
  • Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program
  • Discounts on retail, travel, bills, and private health insurance
  • A comprehensive wellbeing program with a big focus on team bonding
  • Supportive, dynamic, and growth-oriented team environment
  • Flexibility and high level of autonomy with work

Eligibility Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration
  • 3+ years of experience in Occupational Therapy
  • Strong NDIS experience
  • Pediatric and aged care experience preferred
  • National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident

If you're ready to make a difference and work alongside a supportive team while providing direct clinical care, apply today!
