Position Type: Managerial - Temporary
Location: Naucalpan, Alce Blanco Plant
Work Hours: Full-time with flexible working hours
Profile: Licensed Medical Surgeon with certification and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Occupational Physician within manufacturing environments. Demonstrated expertise in occupational health management, risk assessment, and implementation of health and wellness programs.

The Occupational Physician will serve as a key medical leader within the Alce Blanco plant, responsible for directing and managing all aspects of employee health services. This role entails oversight of occupational health risk evaluations, clinical care delivery, and the development and execution of preventive health strategies aligned with corporate standards. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance workforce well-being and compliance with applicable health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health risk assessments and oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of targeted occupational health programs based on empirical risk data and workforce health needs.

  • Perform medical evaluations to determine employee fitness for duty, supervise clinical operations including management of medical records, data confidentiality, and medical supply inventories.

  • Develop and deliver training programs on occupational health policies, medical protocols, and wellness initiatives; provide expert guidance and mentorship to employees and management on health-related matters.

  • Coordinate and support vaccination campaigns, first aid training, and emergency medical response procedures, ensuring timely and effective action in urgent situations.

  • Lead preventive health and well-being initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining rigorous standards of data privacy and clinical documentation.

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Medical degree with valid professional certification.

  • Proven experience in occupational health within manufacturing settings.

  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to train and influence diverse audiences.

  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential information.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience managing emergency medical situations.

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate health policies and regulatory compliance.
