Job Description

Nationwide, fully remote · Permanent · Part-time (2–3 days) · Up to £45,000 FTE

A fully remote, part-time Occupational Health Advisor role, nationwide, focused on case management, up to £45,000 FTE.

The role

Working remotely, you will support MCL’s clients to meet their statutory occupational health duties, with a focus on remote case management: workplace assessments, health-risk reporting, pre-placement screening and clinical audit, producing quality reports for clients. You will manage your own caseload as an autonomous OHA, with the support of the wider team.

About you

  • RGN or RMN with current NMC registration and OH case management experience
  • Confident and competent managing a varied caseload
  • Occupational Health qualification desirable; relevant experience considered
  • Comfortable with Microsoft packages and OH software
