Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work part-time Tuesday and Thursday delivering pre-employment medicals and health assessments in our Melbourne CBD clinic.

At Bodycare, we've spent over 25 years helping workers stay healthy, safe, and injury-free. As part of the wider Occ Health Group, we work with leading organisations across Australia to deliver occupational health services that actually make a difference.

Our core values of Proactivity, Innovation, Integrity, and Communication guide everything we do to help people live happier, safer, healthier lives.

About the Role

This isn't a typical nursing role. Based at our York Street clinic, you'll deliver high-quality pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings, working as a trusted clinical partner for our candidates and clients, not just a provider.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Conducting pre-employment medicals and functional assessments
  • Performing vision, audiometry, drug and alcohol screens
  • Providing clear feedback to candidates and clients
  • Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Overseeing clinic operations, equipment, and hygiene standards
  • Participating in clinical governance and quality reviews
  • Contributing to training resources and assessment protocols

About You

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (nil conditions)
  • Experience in occupational health or workplace assessments preferred
  • MSK experience desired
  • Strong clinical documentation and compliance skills
  • Excellent communicator — clear, confident, and empathetic
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement

What We Offer

  • Meaningful part-time role — Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Unique clinic and office-based environment
  • Supportive, values-driven team culture
  • Professional development and CPD opportunities
  • Access to EAP and wellbeing initiatives
  • Be part of a growing, purpose-led organisation
