Job Description

負責推動及執行台北W飯店英才健康管理與職業健康服務,透過健康風險評估、預防措施及健康促進活動,以預防職業傷病、提升英才健康水準,並確保相關作業符合法規及萬豪國際集團規範。

[主要負責事項]

# 勞工健康管理 #

規劃與執行英才健康檢查(年度體檢、新進人員體檢及依法應辦理之各項健康檢查)。

管理健康檢查行政作業、健康資料建檔與異常個案追蹤。

提供健康諮詢、健康指導及傷病管理。

辦理傳染病調查與健康風險追蹤。

# 職業健康與安全 #

執行特殊族群健康管理與職業健康保護計畫。

協助工作場所危害辨識、風險評估及改善建議。

提供職災個案關懷、復工評估與健康支持。

彙整職災與健康相關統計分析報告。

# 臨場健康服務 #

辦理勞工健康服務及臨場醫師作業安排。

提供英才一般傷病處理與緊急應變協助。

管理急救箱及哺集乳室等健康相關設施。

必要時協助現場護理照護與就醫安排。

# 健康促進與教育訓練 #

規劃與推動英才健康促進活動。

辦理健康教育訓練與衛教宣導。

推廣身心健康及健康行為改善措施。

其他主管交辦事項。
