Occupational Health Advisor

Are you an experienced and qualified Occupational Health professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and essential industry? We are seeking a proactive Occupational Health Advisor to join our small, nurse-led team delivering a comprehensive OH service, which is based on site at the Port of Liverpool, however there is an expectation to travel to all of our other Ports, UK & Ireland.

Your role

As part of our dedicated Occupational Health team, you will be instrumental in supporting the health and wellbeing of our diverse workforce. This is a varied and fulfilling role offering scope for professional growth and leadership.

You will provide expert case management, health surveillance, screening, and health promotion services, leading with a designated functional area within the organisation. Working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a supportive team you will ensure a consistent, high-quality OH service is delivered.

What You'll Bring

You will have:

• A strong foundation in Occupational Health, being both practical and people-focused;
• A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health (NMC registered);
• Broad experience across OH services, including case management, health surveillance and screening, across audiology, respiratory health and HAVS assessments;
• Excellent communication and organisational skills;
• The ability to work independently while being an active part of the team with a genuine passion for employee health and wellbeing.
