TeleSolv is seeking an experienced Occupancy and Space Management Analyst to support Government space management operations. The selected candidate will help maintain accurate, useful, and auditable records of building space and occupancy, supporting the effective management of space inventories, occupancy data, utilization analyses, stacking plans, and occupancy change tracking. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical discipline, experience reconciling space-related data, and the ability to work independently while supporting complex workplace, real estate, and occupancy reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the official inventory of space by floor, suite, tenant, use, and occupancy status.
  • Maintain stacking plans and occupancy diagrams.
  • Reconcile floor plans, space assignments, occupancy records, and financial records.
  • Track usable, rentable, assigned, shared, vacant, and unavailable space in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Maintain employee population and occupancy estimates.
  • Support utilization and occupancy analyses.
  • Maintain records of planned moves, restacks, expansions, contractions, and new occupancies.
  • Support preliminary blocking, test fit, and space scenario analyses.
  • Coordinate computer-aided design or drawing updates, when included in staffing requirements.
  • Maintain spatial data quality controls and audit trails.
  • Prepare recurring occupancy reports and executive dashboards.
  • Support required real property inventory and utilization reporting.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Five years of experience in space, occupancy, workplace, or real estate data.
  • Experience reconciling floor plans, space assignments, occupancy records, and financial information.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, visualization, and applicable drawing tools.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical discipline, sound reporting judgment, and the ability to create useful performance products for management review. Relevant experience includes working with dashboards, performance measures, management reports, data controls, and decision-support products.
  • Candidates should be comfortable supporting performance visibility across real estate operations, including space utilization, tenant pipelines, onboarding milestones, agreement status, issue tracking, response and resolution time, rent and revenue forecasts, billing discrepancies, data completeness, data accuracy, process development, duty transition, and risk identification.
