Compensation: $20.00 / hour

A lovely family in Bukit Batok is seeking an occasional babysitter for their 4-year-old with an immediate start. Care is needed intermittently for date nights, primarily on Saturdays from 7:30pm–11:30pm, with at least one week’s notice provided in advance. Their child enjoys drawing and may take some time to warm up to new people. Please note there are no guaranteed hours for this role. The ideal candidate will maintain healthy boundaries with children and provide attentive, engaging care.

  • Start date: Tuesday, June 16th
  • Length of Position: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Intermittent care – No guaranteed hours
    • Typical needs: Saturdays, 7:30pm-11:30pm
  • Compensation: $20 SGD per hour

  • Tuesday, June 16th, 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Engage child in age-appropriate activities
  • Prepare simple meals/snacks for child
  • Follow established routines
  • Assist with feeding and nap time as needed
  • Limit screen time

Requirements:

  • 2 years of paid professional childcare experience
  • CPR certified, or willing to become certified
  • Legally authorized to work in Singapore
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
  • Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
  • Must speak fluent English

Compensation:

Family is paying $20 SGD per hour- no guaranteed hours.
