JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Licenses: Active Michigan License
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: Fellowship training, labor and delivery experience, phone triage experience, ability to perform D&C procedures
• Other Qualifications: Clean background and license history preferred; minimal malpractice settlements case-by-case review

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for labor and delivery and OB/GYN emergencies
• Perform phone triage for OB/GYN patients
• Manage inpatient obstetrical care during coverage periods
• Perform Dilation and Curettage (D&C) procedures as clinically indicated
• Respond to emergency department OB/GYN consultations
