Observation Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN)
Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida

We’re hiring an Observation PCU RN in Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida who wants strong earning potential, relocation support, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You’ll step into an acute care role focused on caring for short-stay, telemetry-monitored patients who require rapid assessment, treatment, and discharge coordination. You’ll work within a structured progressive care environment while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.

• You are a licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for Florida licensure
• You have at least 1 year of recent PCU or Med/Surg Telemetry experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $33.37–$45.05 per hour based on experience
• $6.00 per hour night differential
• Health insurance with approximately 75% employer-paid employee-only premium
