This comprehensive practice offers well-woman care, obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive medicine, and complex women’s health services, supported by experienced APPs, laborists, and integrated specialty programs. Schedule
Full-time | 4-day work week | Onsite – CentraCare Plaza, St. Cloud, MN
Day shifts | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm
Call | 1-2 in-house per month Laborist Shifts at St. Cloud Hospital | 24-hour shift
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $350,000 - $490,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
Preferred:
Interest in teaching residents and medical students
Experience in high-volume obstetric or gynecologic care
Department Information
The Women & Newborn Health Center features modern birthing suites with private baths and air-jetted tubs, on-site gynecologic oncology, and full-spectrum OB care for both low- and high-risk pregnancies. The center includes dedicated OB triage, LDR, antepartum, and postpartum units, supported by 24/7 in-house obstetric and perinatal specialists.
Through the Center for Advanced Maternal, Fetal & Newborn Care, families have access to a new 30-bed, private-room Level II/III NICU equipped with advanced neonatal technology and 24/7 neonatology coverage, as well as a Perinatology Clinic offering on-site advanced imaging, genetic counseling, and comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine services.
