OBGYN Physician (6 Openings)

Onsite | Goodyear, AZ

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting (6) seasoned, highly skilled OBGYN Physicians to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level clinical role.

This role requires a physician who is confident managing both routine and complex obstetric and gynecologic cases while maintaining strong clinical judgment, surgical capability, and patient-centered care standards.

HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Deliver full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care across clinic and hospital settings
• 
  Manage prenatal care, including high-risk pregnancies and complications
• 
  Perform vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and gynecologic surgical procedures
• 
  Conduct hospital rounding and post-operative care management
• 
  Participate in call rotation and maintain continuity of care
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• 
  Provide preventive care education and treatment planning to patients
• 
  Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• 
  Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• 
  Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• 
  Demonstrated experience managing high-risk obstetric cases
• 
  Proven experience with deliveries and gynecologic surgical procedures
• 
  Willingness to participate in hospital call rotation (up to ~10 days/month)
• 
  Strong communication and collaboration skills
• 
  Stable and consistent clinical work history
• 
  Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• 
  Experience in high-volume OB/GYN environments
• 
  Background in both outpatient and inpatient care models
• 
  Experience reviewing or interpreting ultrasound imaging
• 
  Comfort balancing clinic, surgical, and hospital responsibilities
• 
  Exposure to community-based or patient-centered care models

HireNow Package

• Salary: $310,000 – $375,000 base
• Location: Onsite in Goodyear
• Schedule:
  • 
    3–4 days clinic
  • 
    1–2 days hospital rounding
  • 
    24–48 hours off post-call
• Compensation Enhancements:
  • 
    $35,000 annual bonus for ultrasound reading
  • 
    Additional compensation for extended call coverage

    $10,000 relocation assistance
