As our OBGYN Physician you will join the CommonSpirit Mountain Region, where you'll find a supportive, physician-centered environment focused on high-quality, accessible patient care. Every day you will practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services at or above customary community standards, adhering to the highest ethical and professional guidelines, including those of the American Medical Association. Your work will be primarily based at the clinic on the Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley West campus, utilizing a new ultrasound machine and two dedicated NST rooms, with convenient onsite lab access.   • Provides highest quality patient care.
  • Provides ambulatory care in the Clinic as designated.
  • Services provided by the physician include seeing patients, preparing medical records, professional and administrative duties.
  • Updates and maintains medical records for all examinations, services, and other services in accordance with policy.
  • Physician participates and complies with the requirements of sponsoring entities ethical and religious directives (ERD), Medicare,
  • Medicaid, or other federal and state reimbursement plans.
  • Physician will participate and lead in various activities and initiatives that will promote clinical and quality improvement for services provided.
  • Complies at all times with Hospital's policies and procedures; financial reviews, utilization review/quality management, compliance and integrity program; compliance and citizenship policies and the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations.
  • Keeps abreast of the latest developments in field, both academically and through applied skill.
  • Development of personal and professional knowledge and competence through continuing medical education including maintaining applicable board certification.

We are offering a guaranteed base salary of $415,474, with additional call and incentive pay, alongside a generous $38,201 sign-on bonus and up to $15,000 in relocation assistance. Job Requirements

Required:

  • Board-eligible/Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active or eligible license in the state of Utah
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of OBGYN care principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
