Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated OB/GYN Physician to join a healthcare organization in Great Barrington, Massachusetts This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services within a collaborative and patient-centered clinical environment.

The OB/GYN Physician will provide both ambulatory gynecologic and obstetric care while working closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. This opportunity offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $350,000 to $400,000 annually based on experience and the ability to practice within a supportive healthcare organization committed to clinical excellence and community care.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• 
  Ability to obtain and maintain an active Massachusetts medical license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• 
  Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
• 
  Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• 
  Provide comprehensive ambulatory gynecologic and obstetric medical care
• 
  Participate in the practice call schedule
• 
  Maintain board certification and all required clinical certifications.
• 
  Complete patient documentation and charge entry in a timely manner.
• 
  Support the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare organization.
• 
  Participate in organizational meetings, peer review activities, and practice initiatives.
• 
  Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• 
  Provide constructive guidance and support to colleagues and team members.
• 
  Supervise clinical colleagues and staff as needed.
