OBGYN Physician

Onsite | Surprise, AZ

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled OBGYN Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level clinical role.

This role requires a provider with strong clinical judgment, surgical capability, and the ability to manage both routine and high-risk obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative care environment.

HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across clinic and hospital settings
• 
  Manage prenatal care, including high-risk pregnancies and complex cases
• 
  Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgical procedures
• 
  Conduct hospital rounding and oversee post-operative care
• 
  Participate in call rotation to ensure continuity of care
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• 
  Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and long-term health outcomes
• 
  Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• 
  Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• 
  Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• 
  Demonstrated experience managing high-risk obstetric patients
• 
  Proven surgical experience in gynecologic procedures
• 
  Ability to participate in hospital call schedule (~10 days/month)
• 
  Strong communication and collaboration skills
• 
  Stable and consistent clinical work history
• 
  Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• 
  Experience in high-volume OB/GYN environments
• 
  Background in both outpatient and inpatient care delivery
• 
  Experience interpreting or reviewing ultrasound imaging
• 
  Ability to manage clinic, surgical, and hospital responsibilities efficiently
• 
  Exposure to community-based or patient-centered care settings

HireNow Package

• Salary: $310,000 – $375,000 base
• Location: Onsite in Surprise
• Schedule: Clinic + hospital rounding with structured call rotation
• Compensation Enhancements:

    $35,000 annual bonus for ultrasound reading
