Job Description

Gulf Coast OBGYN, part of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN to join our thriving practice on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.

This opportunity offers the ability to practice full-scope OB/GYN in a collaborative environment that prioritizes long-term career growth, clinical autonomy, and physician investment in the practice. Lifestyle

  • 4-day workweek

Comprehensive Practice

  • Approximately 50/50 OB-GYN mix, with flexibility based on your interests
  • 50–60 deliveries per month (team-based model)
  • Services include:
    • Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
    • Robotic-assisted procedures
    • Hysteroscopy, colposcopy, and LEEP
    • In-office procedures (optional volume)
    • Physicians have the ability to tailor their practice based on clinical preference.

Advanced Facilities and Workflow

  • Dedicated OR block time (two half-days per week)
  • Easy access to minor procedures on non-OR days

  • Level II NICU and new state-of-the-art birthing suites

Compensation and Benefits

  • $300,000–$400,000+ Year 1 earning potential (base plus productivity)

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Open to 2026–2027 residents as well as experienced physicians
