Shape the future of obesity care in Switzerland – where strategic marketing meets life-changing patient impact!

In this unique opportunity, you will be reshaping pharmaceutical marketing – in one of the most dynamic markets, with a genuine focus on consumers and significant strategic responsibility

Your new role

As Obesity Lead Specialty Care, you'll drive the marketing strategy for our obesity portfolio across Switzerland, with a particular focus on engaging specialist healthcare professionals and transforming how obesity is treated in specialist care settings. This is an opportunity to lead at the intersection of commercial strategy, medical expertise, and patient advocacy in one of healthcare's most dynamic therapeutic areas.

Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing product launches and specialist-targeted advertising campaigns, ensuring strong execution, field readiness, and alignment with Swiss market dynamics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Medical, Sales, and Market Access to implement product and brand updates (such as label changes, new indications, or device modifications), ensuring seamless and timely execution
  • Preparing forecasts and budgets to optimise sales performance across specialist segments and regions in Switzerland
  • Developing and implementing multichannel marketing strategies, leveraging content analytics to shape channel and content decisions across specialist-facing touchpoints
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing participation in key national and international congresses, ensuring strong brand presence and alignment with overall brand objectives

Your new department

Within the Swiss affiliate, you'll be part of the Cardiometabolic Marketing team – a dynamic group dedicated to transforming the treatment landscape for obesity and related metabolic conditions. As specialists in one of healthcare's fastest-growing therapeutic areas, your team plays a crucial role in connecting innovative treatments with the healthcare professionals and patients who need them most, while navigating the unique dynamics of the Swiss healthcare system.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a strategic marketeer with deep expertise in pharmaceutical marketing and a passion for making a difference in obesity care – a consumer driven market.

You'll bring with you:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Several years of experience in brand marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry – experience in OTC or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Experience developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies, with strong capabilities in content planning, analytics, and digital marketing
  • Proven ability to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive data-driven marketing decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
